Hearing Conservation: The Importance of Protecting Your Hearing
Hearing conservation isn't just about avoiding hearing loss; it's about preserving your quality of life. To protect your hearing is to invest in your long-term health and quality of life.
Regular exposure to loud sound without the use of hearing protection can cause the following conditions:

Tinnitus: Any noise or sound in your ears and/or head like ringing, buzzing, humming, etc.
- Anxiety, frustration, anger, depression, sleep disturbance, and other mental health problems.
Loud Sound-Induced Hearing Loss: Hearing loss that is caused by recurrent and/or prolonged exposure to loud sound (i.e. music, machinery, firearms, power tools, explosions, etc.).
